Design Review

Construction
Six to eight weeks from dig to swimming on a typical build, with transparent updates as we move through the process.
Startup & Handoff
Once water's in, our maintenance crew sets up the system and manages it for the first few weeks to ensure a smooth startup.

Water & Fire Features in Charlotte
You can, but it is the expensive route. Features need dedicated plumbing back to the pad and usually a structural tie-in to the shell, which on a finished pool means cutting deck and re-trenching the yard. If there is any chance you will want one, plumb for it during the build and install it whenever you like.
Slightly. Moving water evaporates faster and stone sheds a little grit, so the pool wants topping off more often. None of that is hard work, and every feature sits on its own valve, so you run it when you want it and leave it off when you do not.
A clean sheet of water falling from a raised wall, architectural rather than naturalistic. It is the best value feature we build, and it suits a modern house where a boulder waterfall would look like it arrived from somebody else's yard.
They are gas appliances, with the same considerations as your grill. We set them back from traffic paths and everything is code-inspected. If small children are the worry, ignition you control from your phone beats a manual bowl sitting within arm's reach.
