In Their Words
If you are thinking of having a pool installed, give Robert a call. Very transparent on timelines and costs. His team of dedicated stone masons and skilled subcontractors created an amazing custom pool for our family despite not having huge amounts of real estate to work with. Our plunge pool, spa and grotto were the perfect size for the family and our friends.

FAQ
Plunge Pools in Charlotte
We build in the 10×20 range regularly and have gone smaller where access demanded it. Below roughly 8×16 the cost per square foot climbs sharply, because the fixed costs (dig, steel, gunite mobilisation, equipment, permits) barely move whatever the size.
Yes, though not proportionally, and we would rather say so than let you find out at the quote. Half the water does not mean half the price, because permits, mobilisation, plumbing, and equipment barely change. Plunge builds land under $55,000 on a straightforward site.
Yes, and sloped lots are a good chunk of our plunge work. The variable is retaining: holding a grade change safely means engineered walls and drainage, and that is the single biggest swing on a sloped site. We price it off the site walk so it is in the number from day one.
Both. A smaller volume is cheaper to heat and holds its temperature, which is what makes a plunge pool a genuinely year-round thing rather than a summer one. Chillers for cold plunge go in at build time.
That is the first thing we check on a compact-lot walkthrough. If a standard excavator cannot reach the dig, there are answers: smaller machines, conveyor spoil removal, or crane placement. All of them get priced before you sign, not discovered halfway through.
