Landscape & Pool Lighting
Outdoor Lighting
in Charlotte, NC
Get your evenings back. Path, wall, tree and pool lighting on one controller, aimed after dark rather than guessed at in daylight, so the yard is still somewhere you go at nine o'clock.
We take this on as part of a build we are already doing rather than as a job on its own, so it comes in on the same contract and the same schedule as the rest of the yard.

Scope of Work
What's Included in Your Proposal
Every lighting plan we build in Charlotte is quoted line by line. If something is not on this list, you hear about it before you sign rather than halfway through the dig.
Lighting Plan
What gets lit and why: trees, walls, steps, water, and nothing else.
Transformer Sizing
Correct capacity and zoning so the far end isn't dim.
Direct-Burial Wiring
Buried runs sized for voltage drop, not the shortest path.
Brass & Copper Fixtures
Solid-metal housings that survive irrigation, not painted aluminium.
Pool & Water Lighting
Colour LED in the shell and features, on the same system.
Step & Wall Lights
Grazing light on hardscape where people actually need footing.
Controller & App
Zones, scenes, and schedules from your phone.
Night Aiming Visit
We come back after dark and aim every fixture properly.
The Build
From First Walk-Through to First Swim
Consultation
We walk the yard together, take measurements, and talk through your vision for the space.
Quote & 3D Rendering
An itemized quote and a 3D rendering of the yard, drawn to the measurements taken on site.
Design Review
You look it over and tell us what to change. We revise the layout, the features, and the finishes until it's right.
Construction
Six to eight weeks from dig to swimming on a typical build, with transparent updates as we move through the process.
Startup & Handoff
Once water's in, our maintenance crew sets up the system and manages it for the first few weeks to ensure a smooth startup.

In Their Words
If you are thinking of having a pool installed, give Robert a call. Very transparent on timelines and costs. His team of dedicated stone masons and skilled subcontractors created an amazing custom pool for our family despite not having huge amounts of real estate to work with. Our plunge pool, spa and grotto were the perfect size for the family and our friends.

FAQ
Outdoor Lighting in Charlotte
Two reasons. The fixtures are painted aluminium, which corrodes within a couple of seasons once irrigation spray gets at them. And the kits ship an undersized transformer with wire too thin for the run, so everything at the far end sits visibly dimmer than everything near the house. The design work matters more than either, and that is the part a kit cannot sell you.
Yes, and lighting is one of the few things that retrofits really well. Low-voltage runs go into an established landscape with very little disruption. Pool lighting is the exception: that wants doing during the build.
Fixtures aimed in daylight are always wrong. Glare, hot spots, and a light pointing straight into a bedroom window only show themselves after dark, so we book a return visit at night to aim and shield every fixture. Anyone who skips that step is guessing, and you will see it every evening for the next ten years.
Yes. Current landscape controllers talk to the common home systems, and pool automation from the major manufacturers handles lighting zones without argument. Tell us what you already run and we will spec to it.
