Davidson's tree ordinance and setback review are stricter than the surrounding towns, and you want to know that before you fall in love with a layout. Sloped lots here also make retaining and drainage the largest single item in the earthwork. We show you that on the walkthrough and price it up front, rather than discovering it at the dig and coming back to you for more money.
