Building in Charlotte
Mecklenburg County handles permitting and inspections, and the schedule runs to time when the drawings are right first go. Two things move a Charlotte quote more than anything else. Access on older intown lots, where a standard excavator will not always fit down the side yard, and the red clay, which holds water and turns drainage into a real line item. We put both in the number at the site visit.
We keep the service radius tight on purpose — roughly an hour of the shop. That's how crews arrive when they said they would, and how we get back out quickly if something needs attention after handoff. Charlotte is comfortably inside it.

Once water's in, our maintenance crew sets up the system and manages it for the first few weeks to ensure a smooth startup.
