About These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern construction work. If you hire us, the work is governed by the written contract and proposal you sign, and that contract controls if anything here conflicts with it.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Pricing Information Is Not a Quote

Any price ranges, bands, or examples shown on this site are for planning purposes only. They assume standard site access and typical conditions, and they are not offers, estimates, or quotes.

The number that matters is the written, itemized proposal we produce after walking your property. Site access, grade, drainage, retaining requirements, soil conditions, utility locations, permitting, and material selections all affect the price, and several of them cannot be assessed without seeing the yard.

Timelines Are Estimates

Build durations described on this site, including the six to eight week range we quote for a typical full backyard build, are estimates based on our experience. Actual timelines depend on permitting and inspection scheduling, weather, material availability, and conditions found on site. We commit to telling you promptly when something moves a date.

Project Photography

The photographs on this site are of work performed by us, except where an image is clearly labelled as a placeholder or as a 3D design rendering. Renderings illustrate a design concept and are not a photograph of a completed build.

Photographs show specific projects with specific site conditions, materials, and budgets. They are illustrative of our work and are not a representation that your project will look the same or cost the same.

Reviews and Testimonials

Testimonials on this site are reproduced from reviews left by clients on public platforms. They reflect those individuals' experiences and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. We have not paid for them.

Financing

We refer clients to third-party financing providers. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not control the terms any provider offers you. Any financing agreement is between you and that provider, under their terms.

Licensing and Service Area

Aqua Pools and Plunge LLC performs work in and around Charlotte, Lake Norman & Surrounding NC Communities, including scopes such as planting, irrigation, and fencing that were previously delivered under our Charlotte Landscape & Patio name before that business was folded into this one in 2025. Licensing and insurance details are available on request and are identified in your contract.

Your Use of the Site

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or its data.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades performance.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our photography, renderings, or written content without written permission.

The content on this site, including text, photography, 3D renderings, and design, is owned by Aqua Pools and Plunge LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires our written permission.
