Where We Work
Charlotte, Lake Norman & Surrounding NC
We keep our radius tight on purpose. Staying inside about an hour of the shop is how our crews turn up when they said they would, and how we get back out to you quickly if something needs attention after the handover. A contractor two hours away cannot promise you either.
Areas With Completed Builds

Charlotte, NC
Mecklenburg County
Charlotte is where most of our work is, and the range is enormous. Established intown lots with mature trees and tight access at one end, newer south Charlotte yards with room to work at the other. The design problem is different in each, and so is the price, which is why nobody should be quoting your Charlotte backyard over the phone.

Huntersville, NC
Mecklenburg County
Huntersville yards are generous enough for the full backyard build: pool, patio, and an outdoor room together. That is why so many of our larger scopes end up here. It is also close enough to the shop that our crews are on site early rather than arriving at eleven.

Davidson, NC
Mecklenburg County
Davidson has some of the most interesting lots we build on: sloped, wooded, and frequently with a view worth designing the whole yard around. That is exactly how the infinity-edge build in our gallery came about.

Mint Hill, NC
Mecklenburg County
Mint Hill lots are usually larger and flatter than the intown average, which keeps access straightforward and makes a pool-plus-patio scope more affordable per square foot than the same build closer to town.

Harrisburg, NC
Cabarrus County
Harrisburg is comfortably inside our radius, and the lots are newer and more workable: good grade, decent access, and enough room to do the pool and the hardscape in a single pass rather than coming back.

Lake Norman, NC
Mecklenburg, Iredell & Lincoln Counties
The Lake Norman towns, meaning Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, and up into Mooresville, are the other half of our territory. Waterfront and near-waterfront lots are where the design gets most interesting and most constrained, often in the same afternoon.

Cornelius, NC
Mecklenburg County
Cornelius sits right on Lake Norman, and the work splits neatly in two: established lake lots where the view drives the whole design, and newer inland neighbourhoods with room for a full backyard build.

Mooresville, NC
Iredell County
Mooresville is the northern edge of our radius, and the lots are generous. A lot of it is newer construction, which means backyards left as graded clay and a clean sheet to design onto.

Concord, NC
Cabarrus County
Concord lots are workable, with good access and room to take on the whole backyard rather than squeezing in a pool and leaving the rest for somebody else.

Waxhaw, NC
Union County
Waxhaw and the Union County lots around it run large, with septic and well usually in play. Space is rarely the constraint here. Where the drain field sits almost always is.

Monroe, NC
Union County
Monroe is the southeastern edge of our radius. Large lots, straightforward access, and enough room to build the whole outdoor space in one go.

Weddington, NC
Union County
Weddington is large-lot Union County, and the yards give us room most Charlotte sites simply do not have. That changes the conversation entirely. The constraint is almost never space. It is where the septic field sits and how the land falls away behind the house.

Lake Wylie, SC
York County
Lake Wylie work is waterfront work, and that is a different build to a subdivision backyard. The lots fall away toward the water, the view is the whole point of the design, and the closer the build sits to the shoreline the more parties have an opinion about it.

Fort Mill, SC
York County
Fort Mill is close enough to the shop to work like a Charlotte suburb and permits like another state, because it is one. Most of what we build here sits in newer subdivisions where the house went up recently and the backyard was handed over as graded clay, so we are building the entire outdoor space in one go rather than adding to somebody else's work.
