Pool Code & Privacy Fencing

Fencing
in Charlotte, NC

Pass inspection and keep the yard yours. Barrier fencing built to pool code and privacy fencing detailed to match the house, set on posts deep enough to stay plumb.

We take this on as part of a build we are already doing rather than as a job on its own, so it comes in on the same contract and the same schedule as the rest of the yard.

Scope of Work

What's Included in Your Proposal

Every fence we build in Charlotte is quoted line by line. If something is not on this list, you hear about it before you sign rather than halfway through the dig.

Code Review

Barrier height, gap, and gate rules for your jurisdiction, before layout.

Property Line Check

Locating the line and any easements so the fence stays on your side.

Utility Locates

Marked before any post hole goes in.

Post Setting

Concrete-set to depth, so the run is still straight in five years.

Panels & Pickets

Aluminium, wood, or vinyl to suit the barrier and the look.

Self-Closing Gates

Self-closing, self-latching hardware that passes inspection.

Grade Following

Racked or stepped panels so gaps don't open on a slope.

HOA Packet

Drawings and material specs prepared for architectural review.

Charlotte Homeowners

In Their Words

If you are thinking of having a pool installed, give Robert a call. Very transparent on timelines and costs. His team of dedicated stone masons and skilled subcontractors created an amazing custom pool for our family despite not having huge amounts of real estate to work with. Our plunge pool, spa and grotto were the perfect size for the family and our friends.

FAQ

Fencing in Charlotte

In broad terms: a minimum barrier height, limits on any gap a small child could get through, no climbable horizontal rails on the outside face, and self-closing, self-latching gates with the latch above a set height. The specifics vary by jurisdiction, so we confirm yours against the county before layout rather than at the inspection.
