Siting & Orientation

Grading & Sub-Base
Compacted stone base built to drain, which is what keeps it flat.
Reinforced Slab
Post-tensioned or rebar-reinforced concrete poured to a drainage fall.
Surfacing
Cushioned acrylic or modular tile, colour-selected with you.
Striping
Regulation lines for your sports, including shared multi-sport layouts.
Nets & Goals
Sleeved posts and adjustable goals set in the pour.
Fencing
Ball containment sized to the sport, set on the same schedule as the court.
Court Lighting
Glare-controlled fixtures, so evening play does not light up a neighbour's bedroom.

Construction
Six to eight weeks from dig to swimming on a typical build, with transparent updates as we move through the process.
Startup & Handoff
Once water's in, our maintenance crew sets up the system and manages it for the first few weeks to ensure a smooth startup.

Sport Courts in Charlotte
The playing area is 20×44, but run-off room around it matters more than people expect: roughly 30×60 plays comfortably. Tighter works, and plenty of backyard courts are tighter, at the cost of chasing the ball.
Concrete, for a residential court. Asphalt is cheaper initially but softens in our summer heat, oxidises, and needs resurfacing far sooner. A properly based concrete slab with acrylic surfacing is the one you build once.
Yes, and most of what we build is shared. It means two sets of lines in different colours and a goal at one end. The compromise is surface cushioning: the ideal cushion for pickleball is softer than a basketball player would choose, so we'll talk through which sport wins.
Pickleball is loud. The paddle strike carries much further than people expect. Orientation, distance, and acoustic fencing all help, and we will tell you honestly what your lot can absorb before you build rather than after the first complaint.
